I know this is mainly a "note to myself" but if you didn't drag yourself over the coals so eloquently I wouldn't feel obligated to note this. The thing I hate most about introspection, and I hate most of everything, is the inaction it saddles you with. Most of my regrets fall squarely there. I couldn't be in the moment to save my introspective life There is a lot to be said for blissful ignorance or so says my Buddha
