a study in scarlet
May. 22nd, 2016 02:56 pmnon-binary review (my relationship with whom has so far served as the redeeming grace for both facebook and the concept of broader publication on the whole) is publishing a second piece of mine, titled "murdering a mad dog," in their upcoming sherlock-themed issue. apparently, i made all the editors pee themselves again. this isn't typically my goal, but it's certainly validating.
it's actually the second thing i wrote for the call. the first unfortunately went down in several uncomfortable realizations around my readiness to make writing about difficult issues in my emotional history visible to the general public, like, on the internet, blatantly fictionalized aspects of it might be.
stop laughing.
