Oct. 9th, 2015 10:32 amtime for my third annual relapse check. wish me a total absence of thyroglobulin!
UPDATE: looks like i'm waiting until monday for blood work. or, rather, i'm waiting until monday to start waiting for results back on blood work because the endocrinologist takes my current insurance but her lab does not. the latest and greatest in post-modern medical care, folks. my sonogram was boring, which is what we're shooting for.
driving into the GBMC campus always makes me emotional. especially in the fall. golly gee, wonder why.
reaffirming this 2013 note-to-self: do not attempt to assess the clinician's conversation with the doctor while on the sonogram table. seriously, girl, you don't speak that language and the doctor will explain it to you special in THREE MINUTES.
